Whitney Houston Does Not Experience Gridlock in Jersey

Whitney Houston may find the fast processing of New Jersey courts troubling or the best thing in the world if her publicist is to be believed.

Many of Houston's costumes and stage equipment from her 1999 world tour are being auctioned off to pay off $200,000 in back debt resulting from storage fees for the same assets.  Apparently, there was not enough room in her $6 million dollar estate in Jersey to hold the speakers, costumes, fork life, and pianos among other things so she opted to store the goods with a storage company and now can not or will not pay the bill.

The courts are allowing the storage company to sell the goods through and auction house and under New Jersey law any proceeds exceeding $200,000 will go back to Houston's production company.

Now if she can just get her divorce fast tracked through gridlock she might end up a happy camper.
