Arab Sale of US Ports

After much blustering and little action from Congress, one of America's largest insurance companies anounced that it will purchase six US ports from the Dubai Ports World company.

The purchase of the ports by the Dubai based company and owners created a political maelstorm earlier this year with questions of security and good old fashion patriotism boiling up.  No one in Congress has done anything to address the real question of port security.  Fortunately now that the ports are going to be moved back into American ownership hands (by a multi-national company at least) so now if there is an attack on our ports that are just as unsafe as they ever were, we will have no one to blame but ourselves, Congress and AIG.
