DPRK to US-Let's talk After You Give us Money

North Korea closed five days of talks with another ultimatum.  They will not talk about or consider halting their nuclear program until the US ends financial sanctions and provides some aid.

In a negotiating spirit reminiscent of Hitler's Nazi campaign, North Korea continues to take and ask for more without giving an inch.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe wants the United Nations to implement sanctions as he feels the DPRK has not been serious about the six party talks so far.

DPRK's envoy indicated that they took a strategic approach to the talks of utilizing dialogue and a shield, acknowledging that they did not enter into the talks to do anything other than deflect progress.

Its obvious that North Korea is stalling and only hoping to develop their nuclear program further so that they might perform a more successful nuclear test for the world to see after their previous test fizzled.
