Schwarzeneger Films Commercial for California Skiing-Breaks leg skiing in Idaho

I like Arnold Schwarzeneger, and I wish him no ill will.  However, I find it very ironic that just a week or two after I saw his commercial promoting snow skiing in Califorinia's mountains, he breaks his own leg while skiing in Idaho.

I don't know if its funny that he went to Idaho to go skiing and was punished by nature with a leg break or not, but as a political figure and one who did what seemed like a very smart thing by promoting his state for something that is not very well known its rather odd that he would opt not for California's mountains but those of Idaho.

Over the last decade many Californians have moved East to Idaho and Montana to capitalize on the increase in home values and by where it used to be cheaper and less crowded.  The governor following in the footsteps of so many Californian settlers moving East now finds the East a little less hospitable maybe.

Here's to a better New Year and speedy recovery and possibly a little more care or forethought by Arnie . . .
